By accessing Falatron.com you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with local laws. If you do not agree with any condition, use of the platform is prohibited.

2. License Use

We grant a license to generate content according to the plan you subscribe to.

Free plan: content you generate is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Basic and Premium plans: you receive a license to commercially use what you create with our tools (images, image editing, music, and related features). Audio that uses free voice actors/character voices, or models marked as restricted, may not be exploited commercially.

On Basic and Premium plans, the copyright and economic rights to what you generate belong to you, provided you respect third-party image, voice, and copyright. Falatron does not claim ownership over material produced by paying subscribers.

• Use free voice actors/character voices in commercial materials;
• Use voices or images from third parties without proper authorization;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of the models;
• Remove copyright notices;
• "Mirror" the material on another server or service.

3. Disclaimer

• The materials are provided "as is". No warranties, express or implied, are given regarding accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Falatron is not responsible for misuse, defamation, fake news, deepfakes, or any damage resulting from generated content.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Falatron or its maintainers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials may contain technical or typographical errors. Changes may be made at any time without notice, but there is no commitment to constant updates.

6. External Links

Third-party sites we reference are not fully reviewed. Falatron does not endorse nor is responsible for external content.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated without prior notice. The current version will always be the latest available on this page.

8. Voice Cloning and Legal Responsibility

By using Falatron's voice cloning features, the user represents compliance with Law nº 9.610/1998, Law nº 13.709/2018 (LGPD), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law nº 12.965/2014) and Civil Code arts. 11, 20, 186 and 927.

Falatron only provides the technology. Every authorization and the resulting synthetic content are the user's exclusive responsibility.

• Obtain, store and provide upon request the express authorization of the voice owner and of any related rights holder.
• Ensure that any commercial or advertising use of the cloned voice is covered by proper contracts and licenses, including with agencies, unions or heirs.
• Hold Falatron harmless from moral, copyright, image or privacy damages caused by the requested cloning.
• Refrain from using cloned voices for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activities in Brazil or abroad.

9. Governing Law

Any dispute related to these terms will be governed by Brazilian law, with the courts of São Paulo/SP chosen and any other jurisdiction waived.
